Three rollformers are in use, the machine pictured left and below is mainly a light gauge machine capable of rolling at speeds of 10metres/minute and up to 1mm thickness. This is a 9 pass CNC controlled rollformer with de-coiler, hole punch, straightening and cut to length facilities.
Pictured right is one of two rollformers showing currently produced box type section. These machines are heavy duty rollformers with 11 passes (more can be added) and can produce section from up to 3mm thick from material of any type. They are capable of rolling at speeds up to 11m/min and both machines have de-coil and cut to length capability.
Roll tooling is designed and manufactured in house utilising CAD design techniques and many years of 'hands on' experience and knowledge. Tooling is designed around your section specifications and manufactured to give top quality products at maximum efficiency. Tooling can also be retro-fitted. i.e. existing roll tooling can, in certain circumstances, be altered to fit these machines. Please contact us with your requirements.
